Heirloom Productions Rubber Stamp Convention
What an awesome event! I love to rubber stamp and I've been stamping since I was a teen. There is always something new to learn. And this was the event. I helped Sweet N Sassy Stamps (Korin Sutherland) set up her booth on October 8th. It was a lot of fun. Watch for her latest releases.
So many stamps to choose from. Acrylic's are my favorite, although I did purchase some unmounted stamps. I am ready to use them when I go to an event on Saturday.
I will be posting pictures from the event. I used my droidx and I'm learning how to upload them to my PC.

I Believe!~
CTMH's whimsical stamp set I believe brings out the child in all of us. How could Santa get to all those homes without his trusty reindeer?
CTMH Mistletoe paper package and the reindeer from the Christmas "I Believe" set helped me create this card.

Noel : Wikipedia
Noel (or noël, sometimes written as nowell in English) is an alternate word for Christmas. The word comes from the French word Noël meaning "Christmas" which derives from the Old French word noël, a variant of nael.
The CTMH Father Christmas set gives that vintage look to your cards, I used the Mistletoe papers.
I created an ornament using CTMH's adornable set. I added a bow and a pearl drop. I'm loving the mistletoe papers.
Let's Not Forget to Be Grateful
Bless us, Oh Lord,
and these thy gifts which
we are about to receive from thy bounty,
through Christ, Our Lord.
Amen.
Pumpkin harvest cards were made with Close To My Heart (CTMH) papers and stamp sets. I colored in the pumpkins using copic markers. CTMH Olivia papers are just gorgeous with their rich autumn colors. "May the Bounty of The Season fill your Hearts and Homes" stamp set has pumpkin and Thanksgiving images.
St Nick is in the House!
Vintage stamps are awesome! I stopped in at Korin's Sweet Shop. I never did get to enter this into the Saturday challenge however I did use the Sketch of the week, I have to say, this sketch makes some womderful cards. I made a few of this Santa card. I used CTMH products on this card, the Mistletoe papers, and the New St Nick stamp set.
I can't believe Christmas is less than 100 days away! I'm hoping to have a headstart on making my Christmas cards.
I started with the Digi Stamp of this image, however I love the sayings Korin puts on her Stamp sets, so I also purchased the Acrylic set. I used some non traditional colors. I colored the image with Copics (thanks Korin for turning me onto these great markers, I am now spoiled!~). One of the first cards that I used Copics on. I added some glitter, punched out the lace border on the bottom.

I've visited the Sweet Shop!
It’s Saturday night and I finally got to play with my Tea Time with Cocoa stamp from Sweet N Sassy Stamps. I was anxiously awaiting getting this cute image onto a card!I love Korin’s sketches. She posts a new one every Saturday. You can use SNS stamps or you may use other stamps. The papers are basic gray. I layered my cardstock and my patterned paper. I added CTMH brads, I love they have both sizes in the package. I used a Doodle Flower. Cocoa is colored in with Copic markers and I added a bit of glitter and grosgain ribbon. The weather is definitely feeling like fall so I am in the mood for hot beverages!~
So get out your stamps and come and play in the weekly challenges. I like to see everyone's creations.
